Ope, this place reminded me of home! The staff were just like old pals, especially Mr Taha and Mr Fouad who went outta their way to help me. The room was a nice blend of cozy and modern, and that breakfast? It kept me going with no complaints! Wish the WiFi was faster, though.

The entire staff were outstandingly accommodating. Had large room complete with nice furniture, air freshener, for example.

The staff were very cute and eager to assist.

I faced several issues that left me quite disappointed. First, the cleanliness in my room was not up to standard. I found dust everywhere and even bugs in the bed covers. The mattress was uncomfortable and the pillows looked old and used. To top it off, when I requested simple items like juice or ice, they were unavailable.

The location in a really quiet area was particularly good and excellant. Actually everything was very good, my next choice again in Amman.

the property was clean with really friendly and excellent staff. truly enjoyed the way our nicely furnished and good-sized double room with private bathroom was. the hotel's location was particularly good, close to the largest malls in jordan mecca mall and the famous ghosha street as well as al rabeih square which has a lot of restaurants and coffe shop. besides, the millennium park was 3 km away from the venue. the whole experience was excellent.

I was upgraded to a suite, a lovely surprise. The room was spacious, clean, and perfect for our last night in Jordan. The super nice team and cute. I really loved the charming ambiance. It felt inviting.

The place was fairly clean, I booked the a double room with views of street, everything was very good. The location was good for exploring Amman. I randomly popped in Tche Tche serving some pastries, located at walking distance from the hotel, it was nice.

Rooms inconsistent in quality!!! Cleanliness needs serious attention, with dust present everywhere, including the fridge and mirrors!!! It would be beneficial to standardize room types and ensure cleanliness before guests check in!!!

The wonderful reception team, notably Mr Taha and Mr Fouad, were accommodating, always eager to assist with a smile. The hotel offers a lovely ambiance, with a mix of modern comforts and nostalgic charm, along with a awesome breakfast that kept me energized for the day.

I had a great time at Guest House Hotel Amman! Room was spacious, clean, and the staff were super friendly. Plus, it's a nice spot close to some great restaurants and just a quick Uber ride to the city center. Breakfast could use more variety, though.

Had a blast in the Standard King Room! The breakfast included an very nice assortment, like cheese platters and fresh bread. I also loved the charming design of the dining area. The room was large and tidy. I appreciated the two bottles of water provided for a refreshing touch!

Fantastic customer service and a comfy room, but the WiFi was slow.

I stayed in a Standard King Room and it was spacious and clean. The decor gave a cozy vibe. I loved the nice view from the room and the two complimentary bottles of water were a great touch. Although the mattress could have been more comfortable, the overall ambiance was inviting.
